Your Feedback & Approval

We value client feedback throughout the project. Depending on the service, we may provide drafts, designs, content, campaigns, or other project materials for your review and approval. We encourage clients to share their feedback during the agreed revision process so that we can make the required adjustments before the final delivery.

Once the agreed project has been completed and approved, the applicable balance becomes due according to the project agreement or invoice.

Refund Requests

Refund requests should be submitted to CEE Technologies LLC as soon as possible. Each request will be reviewed based on the service purchased, work completed, project status, and applicable agreement.

Refund Restrictions

  • Refunds are not applicable to completed or approved work.
  • Refunds are not applicable to domain registration, hosting, advertising spend, third-party tools, software, or other non-refundable third-party fees.
  • Refunds may not be available once a project has entered the development, implementation, or final delivery stage.
  • Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by the client, including delayed feedback, missing content, approvals, or required access.
  • Refunds are not applicable to results-based services such as SEO, SMM, or Google Ads simply because specific rankings, traffic, leads, or conversions are not achieved within a particular timeframe.
  • Any refund approved by CEE Technologies will be processed according to the terms of the applicable project agreement.
  • Certain services may have separate refund terms that will be communicated before the project begins.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a project or service, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the amount of work already completed and any costs or commitments made on your behalf.
